Custom Orthotics

Custom Orthotics

WHAT ARE CUSTOM ORTHOTICS?

Custom foot orthotics are supportive devices prescribed by your doctor that are utilized to help correct altered biomechanics and provide stabilization during sports and your everyday life.

Foot orthotics are not meant for everyone and require a proper evaluation including weight bearing, squat, and gait analysis. The physician takes into account your foot, ankle, knee, and hip biomechanics when determining if orthotics are right for you.

Common conditions that can benefit from foot orthotics are flat feet (pes planus), high arch (pes cavus), bunions, plantar fasciitis, hip/knee, and low back pain.

By wearing custom-designed orthotics, you will reduce pain and improve functional biomechanics in your everyday life and athletics.
